Based in south-east London, UK, Ex-Nemesis is an up-and-coming singer-songwriter and producer marrying pop, rock and indie influences.

Her desire to stay anonymous has allowed her to delve deep into the joys and anxieties of navigating your late teens and early 20s in this day and age.

After years of recording DIY demos on GarageBand in her bedroom, she has decided to start sharing her musical journey with the world. Following the release of her debut single ‘Lessons’ earlier this year, and the late-night track 'Call Me Up' in June, her next song is the wistful 'In This Blue', set to be released on September 16th.

I first started writing this song in March 2020 during lockdown. As I was stuck at home, I took the time to reconnect with the music I used to love when I was 15. I was going through this strange transition in your early 20s where you stop feeling like a kid but don’t feel like an adult yet. You are discovering the world, going through all those new experiences while the future still feels so uncertain. But you don’t have to worry about it just yet; right now you are blasting music in your best friend’s car on your way to a party and the whole night is still ahead of you.’
